Role Overview
The European Wind Academy is one of Europe's flagship skills initiatives supporting the green transition. Over the next three years, the Academy will develop and deploy professional learning programmes reaching more than 100,000 learners across Europe, supporting workforce development in the wind energy sector.
We are looking for a person to join our Education Team and help create engaging, learner-centred educational experiences.
This role is ideal for graduates of the Human Computer Interaction and Design (HCID) programme or related fields who want to apply design thinking, user research, digital learning, and innovation methodologies to real-world European education projects. Preference will be given to Graduates of EIT Digital Master School.
What You Will Do
Learning Experience Design
- Design learner journeys across online, blended and micro-credential programmes.
- Transform subject matter expertise into engaging learning experiences.
- Develop storyboards, assessments and interactive learning activities.
- Apply design thinking and human-centred design methodologies throughout course development.
- Create learner personas and map learning pathways.
User Research & Testing
- Conduct learner interviews and usability testing.
- Analyse learner feedback and engagement data.
- Improve courses based on evidence and user insights.
- Support continuous improvement cycles.
Digital Credentials & Innovation
- Support development of micro-credentials and digital credential pathways.
- Contribute to Europass and EDC implementation.
- Participate in educational innovation initiatives.
- Explore AI-supported learning approaches.
Collaboration
- Work with industry experts, trainers, universities and technology partners.
- Participate in international project meetings.
- Support quality assurance and content reviews.
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate of EIT Digital Master School (HCID strongly preferred).
- Background in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Service Design, Educational Technology or Learning Design.
- Experience with Figma, Miro, Adobe Suite or similar tools.
- Understanding of user-centred design processes.
- Excellent written English.
- Interest in sustainability, education and digital transformation.
