Role Overview
The European Wind Academy is building a pan-European digital learning ecosystem supporting learners, trainers, employers and education providers across the wind energy sector. The platform will host learning programmes, digital credentials, learner analytics and industry engagement services.
We are looking for a technically minded EIT Digital graduate to help build and operate the Academy's digital learning infrastructure.
This position combines educational technology, platform management, digital credentials and user experience.
What You Will Do
Learning Platform Operations
- Configure and maintain the Academy learning platform.
- Support deployment of online courses.
- Test learner journeys and platform functionality.
- Monitor platform performance and user experience.
Digital Credential Ecosystem
- Support integration with Europass Digital Credentials.
- Configure credential issuance workflows.
- Maintain metadata and learning records.
- Support compliance with European Learning Model standards.
Product & User Experience
- Identify usability issues.
- Conduct platform testing.
- Recommend improvements based on user behaviour.
- Create user guides and documentation.
Data & Analytics
- Support learner analytics dashboards.
- Monitor enrolment, completion and engagement metrics.
- Assist with EIT reporting requirements.
- Support CRM and LMS integrations.
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate of EIT Digital Master School.
- HCID, Data Science, Software Engineering or Digital Infrastructure background.
- Understanding of LMS platforms, EdTech or digital products.
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent English communication skills.
