Scope of the RFQ (Request for Quotation)
With this Request for Quotation (RfQ), 28DIGITAL IVZW is seeking detailed quotations from qualified vendors to manage the associated travel related to the 2026 edition of the EIT Digital Summer School. The estimated number of students travelling to attend the Summer Schools is 254.
Some persons based in the nearby territories may not require flights and may potentially be served by alternative means (e.g. trains) provided this is a cheaper or faster alternative.
Travels are expected to occur over a two week period during June / August 2026, with tickets to be booked by the service provider early May or as possible to avoid any last-minute fee increases or unnecessary expenses. Travel shall be airport to airport only or train station to train station. 28DIGITAL IVZW will provide a detailed itinerary of student data early May to facilitate the booking. Onward and return tickets are to be booked by Supplier with electronic tickets to be provided to the students.
