Scope of the RFP (Request for Proposal)
With this Request for Proposal (RFP), 28DIGITAL IVZW is seeking detailed proposals from qualified vendors that support digital learning, course delivery, tracking, reporting and integration with existing systems. The training content will come from EIT Digital Master School, 28DIGITAL Professional School, Summer School, innovation activities and EU-funded training projects and partners of 28DIGITAL.
Currently, 28DIGITAL has 5 EU-funded projects that require an LMS to host courses, but this number is likely to grow over the next years. Furthermore, the platform will serve as a repository for courses from the Master School and other programmes and initiatives of 28DIGITAL. It is essential that the platform provides a scalable solution across a growing number of training projects and initiatives. The platform will have learners from the EU and outside of the EU accessing the learning content. The goal is to implement an LMS that enhances training efficiency, learner engagement and organisational scalability.
