Held in Budapest on Tuesday this week, this year’s ceremony brought together the EIT Awards, the EIT Jumpstarter Grand Finale, and the EIT Red Kalyna celebrations, forming a landmark gathering of Europe’s most promising innovators, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem builders.
Selected from hundreds of applicants across the continent, VoiceMed stood out for its groundbreaking work in AI-powered vocal biomarkers, a transformative field enabling health analysis through nothing more than a smartphone.
VoiceMed’s solution analyzes breath and voice to provide insights into cardiorespiratory fitness and lung function, empowering individuals to take early action on cardiovascular and respiratory risks—two leading global causes of mortality.
This win underscores the alignment between VoiceMed’s mission and 28DIGITAL’s vision of Tech. Talent. Trust., showcasing how responsible, human-centric digital innovation can meaningfully impact lives.

VoiceMed’s achievement places them among Europe’s leading deep tech innovators, recognized alongside projects such as Italy’s AI Automated Industrial Analytics (first place) and Estonia’s BRIGHT Project (second place) in the Innovation Team category.
Beyond the awards, the ceremony highlighted Europe’s expanding innovation network, with the EIT Community now spanning over 2,420 partners, supporting 9,900 ventures, and generating €9.5 billion in external investment.
