After a strong beginning with our Estonia session, we’re excited to continue with Event 2: Investment Readiness & Best Practices, where the spotlight turns to Latvia. This session brings together speakers who are deeply embedded in the Baltic innovation landscape and who work hands-on with founders, investors, and scaleups.

An expert talk will be given by Arta Beitāne, a VC-turned-operator supporting tech founders in building investable, scalable ventures and navigating the fundraising journey. The session will be moderated by Sophia Phillips, Ecosystem Specialist Region North at 28DIGITAL, who works closely with stakeholders across the Nordic and Baltic ecosystem.
