The Finest Scaleup consortium brings together a strategic blend of innovation actors from across the Baltic Sea Region (BSR-5), including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, and Poland. These partners offer complementary strengths that are critical to fostering cross-border, gender-equal deep tech entrepreneurship and supporting the scalability of smart city innovations.
